BEKO QWIK-PURE 15: Active condensate treatment with maximum flexibility
The BEKO oil-water separator model QWIK-PURE 15 with 3-meter power cable marks the start of a new generation of treatment technology. While conventional separators work purely passively, the QWIK-PURE 15 uses light blasts of compressed air to actively guide the condensate through the filter media. The factory-fitted 3-metre power cable ensures uncomplicated commissioning and allows flexible positioning in your compressed air station.
The modular design is particularly noteworthy: If your compressed air requirements grow, the system can be expanded to a capacity of 90 m³/min by simply attaching additional units.
Your advantages with the active QWIK-PURE 15:
- Active mode of operation: The condensate is pressed through the filters in a controlled manner. This effectively suppresses the formation of impermeable boundary layers and bacterial cultures.
- Hygienic & safe: The hermetically sealed cartridge protects personnel from contamination. Free oils are bound directly inside, making open oil collection containers superfluous.
- Flexible connection: The 3-meter power cable allows easy electrical connection to conventional power sources without the need for an external controller.
- Ergonomic handling: Despite being fully saturated, the cartridge weighs a maximum of 25 kg. The inlet tube serves as a sturdy handle for quick and easy replacement.
- Certified legal certainty: The DIBt approval confirms reliable compliance with the legal discharge values (max. 10 mg/l residual oil content).

- No pre-soaking: The standard cartridges are ready for immediate use - the time-consuming pre-soaking process is completely eliminated compared to passive systems.
- Maintenance without downtime: Inflowing condensate is buffered in the pressure relief chamber during the cartridge change so that your production continues without interruption.
- Clean change: The integrated bottom valve closes automatically when removed. The cartridge is securely sealed for removal with the blind plugs supplied.
- Sustainability: The filter material is fully utilized thanks to the active flow. This leads to longer service lives with an optimized environmental balance.
