BEKO QWIK-PURE 15: The revolution in active condensate treatment
The BEKO oil-water separator model QWIK-PURE 15 with M12 connector is the pioneer of a new generation. While conventional separators work purely passively, the QWIK-PURE 15 uses light blasts of compressed air to actively guide the condensate through the filter media. This prevents the filter from drying out and guarantees a consistently high cleaning performance directly at the point of origin.
The future-proof feature is unique: if your compressed air requirements grow, the system does not need to be completely replaced. The QWIK-PURE 15 can be modularly expanded to the QWIK-PURE 30, doubling its capacity.
Your advantages with the active QWIK-PURE 15:
- Active mode of operation: The condensate is pressed through the filters in a controlled manner. This effectively suppresses the formation of impermeable boundary layers and bacterial cultures.
- Hygienic & safe: The hermetically sealed cartridge protects service personnel from contamination. Free oils are bound directly in the cartridge.
- Modular extension (QWIK-PURE 15 to 30): The capacity can be increased to 30 m³/min with an extension package (enlarged measuring chamber, larger base plate and second cartridge).
- Intelligent monitoring: The integrated M12 connector enables connection to the intelligent FRC controller, which calculates the remaining capacity and makes it possible to plan service calls.
- Ergonomic handling: Despite being fully saturated, the cartridge weighs maximum 25 kg. The inlet tube serves as a sturdy handle for effortless replacement.
- Certified legal certainty: The DIBt approval confirms reliable compliance with the legal discharge values (max. 10 mg/l residual oil content).
Maintenance & service for QWIK-PURE 15:
- No pre-soaking: The standard cartridges are ready for immediate use - time-consuming pre-soaking is completely eliminated.
- Maintenance without downtime: Inflowing condensate is buffered in the pressure relief chamber during the cartridge change.
- Clean change: The integrated bottom valve closes automatically when removed. The cartridge is securely sealed for removal with the blind plugs supplied.
- Sustainability: The filter material is fully utilized thanks to the active flow. This leads to longer service lives and an improved environmental footprint.
