Refrigeration dryer
Compressed Air Refrigeration Dryers from KAESER and BEKO
Refrigeration dryers reliably remove moisture from compressed air—down to a stable pressure dew point of +3 °C. At FILCOM, you’ll find the following series: KAESER SECOTEC, KAESER KRYOSEC and BEKO DRYPOINT RAc for airflow rates ranging from 21 to 1,320 m³/h.
Why is compressed air drying important?
After compression, compressed air contains water vapor, which condenses in the system and leads to corrosion, pressure losses, and costly downtime. Refrigeration drying—condensation through targeted cooling—is the most cost-effective drying method for industry, trade, and workshops. A refrigeration dryer cools the compressed air, separates out the condensate, and thus protects the piping system, tools, and end products—at a total cost that is significantly lower than the follow-up costs associated with moist compressed air.
Our Refrigerated Dryer Series
| Series | Manufacturer | Volume flow |
|---|---|---|
| SECOTEC | KAESER | 0.65–9.4 m³/min |
| KRYOSEC | KAESER | 0.35–4.5 m³/min |
| DRYPOINT RAc | BEKO | 21–1,320 m³/h |
Which series is right for your application?
For energy-optimized continuous operation with varying loads, we recommend the SECOTEC Series with thermal storage control. The KRYOSEC Series is the compact solution for decentralized installations and high ambient temperatures. The BEKO DRYPOINT RAc Series Offers a cost-effective entry-level solution with an integrated BEKOMAT steam trap—from small workshops up to 1,320 m³/h.
Matching Accessories
To protect the dryer, we recommend using the appropriate Compressed Air Filters in front of the dryer inlet. We carry replacement and retrofit steam traps as BEKO BEKOMAT Steam Trap. If you have any questions about system design, our team will be happy to assist you—FILCOM is a certified KAESER and BEKO partner.
