The KAESER KCT and KCTD series delivers 100% oil-free compressed air for demanding industrial applications. Whether a single system with a tank, a unit on a base plate or a redundant double system - with flow rates from 59 to 920 l/min at 6 bar and maximum pressures of max. 7 or 10 bar, you will find the right model for food, pharmaceutical, laboratory and medical technology. All models are manufactured in Coburg, are suitable for continuous operation and are optionally available with a sound-insulating hood.

The KAESER KCT and KCTD series comprises oil-free industrial reciprocating compressors for applications where absolutely clean compressed air is required. From the compact KCT 110 with 59 l/min to the powerful KCT 1500-G with 920 l/min, these piston compressors offer volume flows for a wide range of industrial requirements. The models are available as single units with tank (horizontal or vertical), as units on base plate (-G, without tank) and as KCTD twin units. All KCT/KCTD compressors are manufactured by KAESER in Coburg, Germany, and are designed for continuous operation in demanding environments.

Styles and equipment variants
The KCT series offers three designs for different installation situations: Single systems with horizontal tank are ideal if sufficient floor space is available and an integrated compressed air tank is required. Single units with upright tank (250 l) require less floor space and are ideal for confined spaces. Units on base plate (-G) are supplied without a tank and can be flexibly integrated into existing compressed air systems with an external storage tank.
The KCTD dual systems consist of two independent compressor units on a shared tank. This allows the compressed air supply to be secured redundantly or the service life to be extended in alternating operation. For KCTD models, a 2-unit selector switch is optionally available, which enables automatic alternating operation. Many KCT models are also available with an optional silencing hood, which significantly reduces the noise level.

Oil-free compressed air is indispensable wherever even the slightest traces of oil in the compressed air flow are not tolerated. The KCT/KCTD compressors are used in the food and beverage industry, in pharmaceutical and laboratory operations, in medical technology, in dental surgeries as well as in electronics production and clean room technology. Oil-free compressed air is also the safe choice in the textile and packaging industry and wherever sensitive products or processes are contacted. The maintenance-friendly direct drive without V-belts reduces maintenance requirements and ensures reliable continuous operation.

All KCT and KCTD compressors are manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg. The compressor blocks made of special cast iron guarantee a long service life, and the integrated aftercooler ensures low compressed air temperatures at the outlet. Each system undergoes an extensive test run under realistic operating conditions before delivery. The SIGMA CONTROL control system enables precise monitoring and optimizes operation for maximum efficiency and reliability.
