Full passage for minimal pressure loss
The AIRpipe Ball valves enable compressed air lines to be shut off quickly and safely. They have a full bore, which minimizes the pressure loss in the system. Available in nominal sizes DN20 to DN100, the ball valves are designed for a working pressure of 15 bar and can be seamlessly integrated into the AIRpipe aluminum piping system integrate.
Lockable version for lockout/tagout
For safety-critical areas, AIRpipe offers lockable ball valves that prevent unauthorized opening or closing of the compressed air supply. The locking function can be secured with a standard padlock. This is particularly important for maintenance work (lockout/tagout) and in areas with restricted access.
Tool-free installation with clamping ring system
AIRpipe ball valves are installed using the tried-and-tested clamping ring connection system and do not require any special tools. The valves are simply inserted between two Pipe segments and fixed in place with the clamping rings. The matching Mounting accessories can be found in our range.
Technical properties and materials
AIRpipe ball valves are made of high-quality materials that are optimized for use in compressed air systems. The smooth inner surface minimizes flow losses and turbulence. The seals are designed for the temperature range from -20 °C to +80 °C. All valves are certified in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU.
