Oil-free speed-controlled compressor - 404 l/min at 6 bar, 11 bar, 2 x 40 l containers

The KAESER i.Comp 8 TOWER is an oil-free speed-controlled piston compressor from the i.Comp series in the compact TOWER design. The system combines a compressor block and two 40-liter compressed air tanks under a sound-insulating PE hood on a footprint of less than one square meter. With an effective volume flow of 404 l/min at 6 bar and a rated output of 3.1 kW, this oil-free air compressor continuously adjusts its volume flow to the actual demand. The i.Comp Control control system reliably regulates operation and switches off automatically when the set switch-off pressure is reached. The supplied electronic condensate drain KAESER-DRAIN reliably removes any moisture from the system.

Application areas

The i.Comp 8 TOWER proves its worth wherever oil-free compressed air is needed reliably - in workshops, car repair shops, paint shops and small production facilities. The speed-controlled drive is particularly energy-efficient when compressed air requirements fluctuate and keeps operating noise to a low level. Thanks to the oil-free compression, there is no need for oil changes and oil checks, and no oil-contaminated condensate is produced that would have to be disposed of separately.

Quality and production

Like all compressors in the i.Comp series, the i.Comp 8 TOWER is manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg - Made in Germany. The housing made of rotationally sintered polyethylene is impact-resistant, corrosion-free and sound-insulating. The single-stage compression with patented piston base suction ensures an outstanding filling level and therefore maximum efficiency. The i.Comp 8 can run continuously at ambient temperatures of up to 45 °C and can be put into operation immediately as a plug-and-play solution.
