The KAESER i.Comp 9 TOWER T is an oil-free speed-controlled piston compressor from the i.Comp series as a compact compressed air station. This complete solution combines a compressor block, refrigeration dryer and two 40-liter compressed air tanks under a sound-insulating PE hood on a footprint of less than one square meter. With an effective volume flow of 570 l/min at 6 bar and a rated output of 4.2 kW, this oil-free air compressor continuously adjusts its volume flow to the actual demand. The intelligent SIGMA CONTROL 2 OAL control system enables pressure preselection, infinitely variable speed control and connection to a cross-machine control system such as the SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0. The integrated refrigeration dryer ensures dry, clean compressed air, while the electronic condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 automatically removes any moisture from the system without loss.

The i.Comp 9 TOWER T is suitable wherever oil-free compressed air of consistently high quality is required - in dental surgeries, laboratories, food processing, paint stores and electronics production. Thanks to the integrated drying system, this compressed air station delivers condensate-free compressed air that is ready for immediate use. The speed-controlled drive works particularly energy-efficiently with fluctuating compressed air requirements and keeps the operating noise down to room volume.

Quality and production

Like all compressors in the i.Comp series, the i.Comp 9 TOWER T is manufactured at the KAESER plant in Coburg - Made in Germany. The housing made of rotationally sintered polyethylene is impact-resistant, corrosion-free and sound-insulating. The single-stage compression with patented piston base suction ensures an outstanding filling level and therefore maximum efficiency. The i.Comp 9 can run continuously at ambient temperatures of up to 45 °C and can be put into operation immediately as a plug-and-play solution.
