    KAESER F142KC G 1 1/4 Cyclone Separator – Condensate separation up to 14.2 m³/min

    The KAESER F142KC Cyclone Separator with a G 1 1/4 connection removes condensate from the compressor’s compressed air outlet particularly effectively. This high-performance compressed air water separator is essential for the trouble-free and energy-efficient operation of downstream dryers and filters—designed for flow rates up to 14.2 m³/min at 2–16 bar operating pressure and inlet temperatures of 3–66 °C.

    The airflow in the KC-condensate separator was optimized using state-of-the-art flow simulation and measured in accordance with ISO 12500-4. The maintenance-free centrifugal element achieves a peak separation efficiency of up to 99%—stable across the entire performance range and with a pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar. The robust housing made of seawater-resistant aluminum with a passivation coating makes the F142KC a true workhorse. Its dimensions are 273 × 250 × 620 mm (W × D × H) and it weighs 8.5 kg.

    Comes standard with the electronically level-controlled condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 VARIO with a test button and alarm contact. Options: wall mount kit, connection set, and silicone-free version.
