    KAESER F83KC G 1 1/2 Cyclone Separator – Water Separator for 8.3 m³/min

    The KAESER F83KC Cyclone Separator with a G 1 1/2 connection removes condensate from the compressor’s compressed air outlet particularly effectively. As a reliable water separator for compressor systems, it protects downstream refrigeration dryers and filters from liquid hammer—for flow rates up to 8.3 m³/min at 2–16 bar operating pressure. The adjustable compressed air connections are optimally matched to KAESER screw compressors.

    KAESER has optimized the airflow in the KC-condensate separator using state-of-the-art flow simulation and calibrated it in accordance with ISO 12500-4. The maintenance-free centrifugal element achieves a peak separation efficiency of up to 99%—stable across a wide performance range and with a pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar. The housing, made of seawater-resistant aluminum with a passivation coating, makes this water separator a true workhorse. Its dimensions are 273 × 250 × 620 mm (W × D × H) and it weighs 8.5 kg.

    Comes standard with the electronically level-controlled condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31 with a test button and alarm contact. Options: wall mount kit, connection set, and silicone-free version. The ideal addition: a Refrigeration Dryers by KAESER – provides reliable protection against condensate reforming and pipe corrosion. For further treatment, we recommend a Compressed Air Filters.
