Laser particle counter - from 0.1 µm, 28.3 l/min flow rate
The CS Instruments PC 400 is a high-precision optical laser particle counter for compressed air and technical gases. It detects particles from 0.1 µm in three measuring channels and verifies compressed air quality class 1 in accordance with ISO 8573-1. With a flow rate of 28.3 l/min (1 cfm), it counts ten times faster than commercially available devices.
Application areas
The PC 400 is suitable for monitoring particle contamination in the food, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries. Data transmission via Modbus RTU for connection to the Screen recorder DS 500 for long-term monitoring. In combination with the OIL CHECK 500 and Dew point measurement-Sensors cover all ISO 8573-1 parameters. Accessories at FILCOM.
