The CS Instruments OIL CHECK 500 is the world's only online monitoring system with patented auto-calibration for high-precision measurement of the vaporous residual oil content in compressed air and gases. Measuring range 0.001 to 5 mg/m³ at 3-9 bar system pressure. It directly displays the achieved compressed air class according to ISO 8573-1 and alarms if the limit value is exceeded.

Application areas

The OIL CHECK 500 is indispensable in the food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries - wherever the residual oil content in the compressed air is crucial to product safety. In combination with the Screen recorder DS 500 and a Dew point measurement-Sensor, you cover all three parameters of ISO 8573-1. Accessories can be found at FILCOM.
