KAESER F9KC G 1/2 Cyclone Separator – Condensate separation up to 0.9 m³/min
The KAESER F9KC Cyclone Separator with a G 1/2 connection removes condensate from the compressor’s compressed air outlet particularly effectively. As a water separator for compressed air, it is essential for the trouble-free and energy-efficient operation of downstream dryers and filters—designed for flow rates up to 0.9 m³/min at an operating pressure of 2–16 bar.
The flow-optimized, maintenance-free swirl insert was developed using state-of-the-art flow simulation and calibrated in accordance with ISO 12500-4. The result: a condensate separator with a peak separation efficiency of up to 99% across the entire performance range of 20–100% volumetric flow—with a pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar. The housing, made of seawater-resistant aluminum with an additional passivation layer, makes this water separator a true workhorse. Its dimensions are 241 × 225 × 465 mm (W × D × H), and it weighs 4.1 kg.
The F9KC comes standard with the electronically level-controlled condensate drain ECO-DRAIN 31, which features a test button and an alarm contact. A wall-mount kit is available as an option.
