KAESER F26KC G 1 Cyclone Separator – Water Separator for Compressed Air up to 2.6 m³/min

The KAESER F26KC Cyclone Separator with a G 1 connection is a water separator for compressed air that is essential for the energy-efficient operation of downstream dryers and filters. It removes condensate directly at the compressor outlet—designed for flow rates up to 2.6 m³/min at an operating pressure of 2–16 bar. The compressed air connections are customizable and are optimally matched to KAESER screw compressors.

KAESER has optimized the airflow in the KC-condensate separator using state-of-the-art flow simulation and calibrated it in accordance with ISO 12500-4. The maintenance-free centrifugal insert achieves a peak separation efficiency of up to 99% across a flow rate range of 20–100%—with a pressure drop of less than 0.1 bar. The housing, made of seawater-resistant aluminum with a passivation coating, ensures that the water separator on the compressor is built to last. The dimensions are 241 × 225 × 515 mm (W × D × H) with a weight of 4.0 kg.
