Compressed air stations from KAESER - Ready-to-use screw compressor systems

A compressed air station combines a screw compressor, refrigerant dryer and compressed air receiver in a compact, ready-to-use unit. In the FILCOM online store you will find KAESER compressed air stations in four series - from the compact SXC for workshops to the powerful Aircenter SK for industrial applications. All models supply dry, condensate-free compressed air and only require a power connection and a connection to the compressed air network.

Craft or industry - which series is right?

The SXC series is aimed at trade businesses such as joineries, car workshops or painting companies. The models are equipped with a noise-insulating PE hood, are particularly compact (0.62 m² footprint) and have a 215-liter compressed air tank. The Aircenter series SX, SM and SK are designed for continuous industrial use. They offer a robust steel housing, larger tank volumes (200-350 liters) and cover a wide range of applications with outputs from 2.2 to 15 kW. Aircenter SX and SXC share the same power class (2.2-5.5 kW) - the SXC is the trade version, the Aircenter SX the industrial counterpart.

Common features of all compressed air stations

All KAESER compressed air stations in the FILCOM online store are supplied ready for operation. Each station contains an oil-lubricated screw compressor with KAESER SIGMA PROFILE rotors, an energy-saving refrigeration dryer with the refrigerant R-513A (GWP 631) for a pressure dew point of +3 °C and an internally coated compressed air receiver. Energy-efficient IE3 drive motors (IE4 on selected models) and the intelligent SIGMA CONTROL 3 touch control ensure economical, reliable operation. All models operate at 400 V / 3 Ph / 50 Hz.

SIGMA CONTROL 3 - the new generation of controls

With the SIGMA CONTROL 3, KAESER has opted for a standardized touch control for all compressed air stations. The SXC series uses the SIGMA CONTROL 3 S (SC3 S) variant with a 5″ touch display. The SX, SM and SK Aircenter series are equipped with the SIGMA CONTROL 3 M (SC3 M), which also offers optional I/O modules (C-units) and an ANYbus interface. All variants have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, RFID/NFC and can be accessed via the KAESER Connect app for real-time data and push notifications.

All KAESER compressed air stations are manufactured at the factory in Coburg, Germany. The proven SIGMA PROFILE compressor block offers an optimized volume flow with low energy consumption. Robust materials, precise manufacturing and an extensive test run before delivery guarantee a long service life and reliable operation - whether in trade or industry.
