Features and Technology of the Aircenter SM
Every KAESER Aircenter SM is delivered as a complete, ready-to-use system. At the heart of the system is the oil-lubricated screw compressor block with a SIGMA PROFILE rotor pair, which, in the SM 13, is driven by a particularly energy-efficient IE4 Premium Efficiency motor —the SM 10 and SM 16 rely on proven IE3 motors. The 270-liter tank and the integrated refrigeration dryer with the refrigerant R-513A (GWP 631, pressure dew point +3 °C) are housed within a footprint of just 630 × 1220 mm. The SIGMA CONTROL 3 M with a 5-inch color touchscreen offers, in addition to the serial Ethernet interface, an AnyBus platform for industrial communication via Profibus DP, Modbus-TCP, Profinet, or Devicenet—ideal for integration into existing production control systems. The ECO-DRAIN condensate drain operates with electronic level control and is therefore loss-free. All that is needed for commissioning is a power connection (400 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz) and a compressed air line (G 3/4).
