The KAESER The SM 13-11 T SC3 is an industrial oil-lubricated screw compressor with an integrated refrigeration dryer, 7.5 kW drive power (IE4), and a flow rate of 1.08 m³/min at a maximum operating pressure of 11 bar. The refrigeration dryer uses the refrigerant R-513A and produces a pressure dew point of +3 °C—ensuring that dry, condensate-free compressed air is reliably delivered to the consumer.
The highly efficient compressor block with SIGMA PROFIL and the IE4 motor ensures economical operation at a sound pressure level of just 65 dB(A). The SIGMA CONTROL 3 M touchscreen control system monitors the compressor and refrigeration dryer via the color display. The robust design is engineered for continuous industrial operation. The highly energy-efficient IE4 drive motor significantly reduces power consumption compared to the IE3 class.
Its compact dimensions of 630 × 1090 × 1100 mm (W × D × H), combined with a weight of 315 kg and a G 3/4 compressed air connection, make installation easy. The maintenance-friendly design, with easily accessible service components, reduces operating costs over the entire service life.
Recommended Applications: Designed for manufacturing facilities with continuous compressed air demand and requirements for dry compressed air—such as in plastics processing, assembly or packaging technology.
