KAESER’s T-series screw compressors already feature a built-in refrigeration dryer with a pressure dew point of +3 °C—therefore, additional compressed air drying is not required in most applications. However, to ensure safe operation and protect the equipment, we recommend the following supplementary components: A Compressed Air Tanks is absolutely necessary—screw compressors must not be operated without a tank, as the tank absorbs pressure spikes, reduces cycling frequency, and ensures a steady supply. For particularly sensitive applications—such as in food processing or surface treatment—it is also recommended to use a Compressed Air Filtration to remove residual oil and fine particles.
