Multiple connection options for complex compressed air networks

AIRpipe Connection fittings enable the flexible design of compressed air piping systems. The range includes 45° and 90° elbows, parallel and reducing T-pieces, straight connectors, reducer connections and adapters with internal and external threads (BSP and NPT). All fittings are made from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and are designed for a working pressure of 15 bar. In combination with AIRpipe aluminum tubes creates an efficient compressed air network.

Clamp ring and clamp connection technology

Depending on the nominal diameter, AIRpipe uses two proven connection systems: For nominal diameters DN20 to DN50, the clamping ring system is used, which enables a quick and tight connection without the need for special tools. From DN63 to DN100, the clamp connection system is used, which ensures a secure and pressure-tight connection even with large nominal diameters. Both systems allow for tool-free installation and are reusable.

Adapters and thread transitions for maximum compatibility

AIRpipe offers a wide range of adapters with BSP and NPT threads for connection to existing systems and consumers. Adapters with male threads, adapters with female threads and flange connections ensure compatibility with compressors, treatment components and consumers. All AIRpipe connection fittings are certified in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU and meet the requirements of ISO 8573-1. The corrosion-resistant aluminum surface guarantees long-term clean compressed air without particle contamination.
