DS 400 - the compact entry into compressed air monitoring

The DS 400 is the ideal data logger for compressed air if you want to monitor individual system components - for example a dryer with Dew point sensora compressor or a filter stage. The 3.5" touchscreen shows all measured values at a glance. Via 2 digital sensor inputs you can connect Consumption sensors (VA series)dew point sensors (FA series) or third-party sensors directly via Modbus. The integrated power supply unit also supplies the sensors - less cabling, simpler installation. Optionally expandable with data logger (100 million measured values), Ethernet and web server. Compact, reliable and made in Germany by CS Instruments.

DS 500 - the heart of professional compressed air energy monitoring

The DS 500 is more than just a paperless recorder - it is the central platform for the compressed air monitoring of your entire system. With 4, 8 or 12 freely assignable inputs, you can connect all CS Instruments sensors as well as third-party devices (4-20 mA, 0-10 V, Pt100, Pt1000, pulse, Modbus). The 7" color display clearly shows measurement curves, alarms and meter readings. The integrated web server enables remote access to all data. The math function calculates key figures such as cost per cubic meter or kWh/m³. Connect Flow meter, Dew point sensors, Pressure transmitter and Quality measuring devices for seamless energy monitoring in accordance with ISO 50001.

Software CS Basic & CS Network - from data logger to energy management

CS Instruments offers two software solutions for evaluation on the PC: CS Basic for the graphical and tabular display of measurement data (2 workstations, USB or Ethernet) and CS Network as a client/server solution for 20 to 200 sensors. CS Network is suitable for company-wide compressed air monitoring across several locations and fulfills all documentation requirements for energy monitoring in accordance with ISO 50001. In combination with the DS 400/DS 500 data loggers and all CS Instruments sensors, a seamless monitoring system is created - from the individual sensor to the company headquarters.
